About Lachlan McAdam Photography

Lachlan is a Vancouver based photographer specializing in portrait and event photography. Working out of his Yaletown photography studio, he has become a favourite with the next generation of actors, designers, and models as well as the organizers of some of Vancouver’s biggest events.

Lachlan has been given exclusive backstage access to Vancouver Fashion Week (VFW) and during the recent North American tour by the curator of the Fashion Museum in Paris to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Yves Saint Laurent, the VFW presentation exclusively used Lachlan's photos to illustrate Vancouver's global lifestyle.

Most recently Lachlan has teamed up with fellow photographer Emily White to form Two Flies Photography. In September 2012 they traveled China on a 5 city tour with Empress Communications as the official photography team of the World Music Fashion Festival. 

Together Lachlan and Emily provide two unique perspectives: him self-taught & technically mastered and her educated with a BFA in Visual Arts. With their distinct backgrounds, they provide a balanced approach - unmatched in focus, technique, and creativity.
